Born in the Philippines 20,000 miles away from U.S.A. I grew up on a small island. Ando island was only five miles long and three miles wide. I enjoyed art at a very early age. Because we didn't have much, I would draw on the sand of the beach. I never understood why I started drawing on the sand, It basically just happened. With limited things to play with creating sand castles and drawing shapes on the sand was a fun thing to do. I found that I became good at creating and shaping things made of sand. Besides swimming all day long I enjoyed creating things not only with sand but rubber bands, wood and other materials. I loved creating. I finally was given a note book and a pen at the age of six. From then on I've been creating with my imagination.

All my life I wanted to be an artist and then realizing that ever since I was born I was an artist. The freedom to create and making a difference through my works of art has been rewarding. I have no favorite artist. There is not one single artist who has influenced me artistically. I do however love sports, movies, music and nature. They were more influential in my creative growth than anyone else.

When I create sometimes I have a set plan to how I want my work to look and sometimes which is most of the time, I just love to see what happens by just letting my creativity take over, guiding me to something new and different. Human subjects and nature scenes are my favorite works, but my most challenging and inspiring form of art is fantasy art and abstract art. Working in water color is the most challenging but the most rewarding. There is so much that can be done with water color. The problem is that water color is hard to control and sometimes that's good. Most of my best work was created by accidents. While creating, sometimes I will unintentionally do something and suddenly instead of correcting what is a mistake will turn out to be new and exciting.

In all my work I try to create a certain mood that will send a certain message. Whether political, religious or simply just fun, trying to send a message of feeling is my goal as and artist.
